When I try to connect to the internet, a message comes up: "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem." It won't allow me to get help from a friend either.

I have similar problem. We moved and all my other devices are connected but not my HP Pavillion Windows 7 laptop. Help if you can please

Most new routers and modems come with a new standard of wireless security called WPA3 and many older devices can not connect.
