HP Recommended

My newly purchased HP OmniDesk came with a wireless keyboard and mouse. I eventually managed to find the USB receiver in the mouse. For the keyboard though, I have found the empty space in the battery compartment where the USB receiver should be.... I suspect my only option is to raise it with the HP Support Desk during their office hours.....

 

Updated to help others who may have the  problem. Having found the USB receiver hidden in the mouse battery compartment, it wasn't obvious that the receiver is shared by the keyboard too. Both devices now work!

Some clearer instructions would be very useful HP!!
