Hello @Leceth

Does your model have either the FULL model number or Product Number (preferred) on the back?

It will help us if we know.

Those are a brand new released model and not much information available on them yet.

If yours came with a wireless keyboard/mouse combo, the receiver is usually either in a compartment in the mouse or the back side of the keyboard where the batteries go.

If no such luck, you will have to contact HP Support for information.

Contact HP Worldwide | HP® Official Site

If the combo uses a Link5 receiver, they can send you another one.

If the combo does not use Link5, they will have to replace the keyboard/mouse.

Edit: without the product number, I cannot look up the specifics. Most of the models for the AiO 24-df series show that they came with wired combos.

Please put the batteries in the keyboard and the mouse and then turn on the power buttons on the keyboard and mouse. When they light up try and use them.

If the still will not work then look inside the packaging for a dongle, only 1 is usually needed for both the keyboard and the mouse and it has a way getting lost during unboxing of the PC. Usually it is hiding in the packaging of the mouse or keyboard.
