AIO Pavillion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had this AIO for approx. 4 yrs. now w/Logitech K350 keyboard and 521 mouse and flawless. Recently the scrolling stopped working. Bought a new 521 mouse and it wouldn't sync wouldn't work.  Tried a couple of other mouse options to no avail. (mouse would work but keyboard wouldn't work)

Went back to my original mouse set up. Now nothing works no mouse, no keyboard.

So I added an ASUS Bluetooth and a new mouse. It worked but still no keyboard.

What do you think? The internal wireless card died? Try a new keyboard/mouse combo using the ASUS USB Bluetooth? Replace the internal card?

Thx for any and all ideas!  -Jeff

(So I can't locate a product serial # - not anywhere on this AIO)

You can update the keyboard or mouse driver.

Thx for responding, however, that was an obvious step in the process I went through and did that while I still had some workings of the keyboard before it too no longer worked. Just as an "FYI" when nothing worked I got another mouse to work using the ASUS Bluetooth adapter.  I was able to see in the settings that the Logitech keyboard/mouse were recognized... but zero working.
