Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have an Acer PC which is connected to my HP printer via WiFi. It will print ink reports etc from my computer but when I try to print photos from my PC they just go into a queue and will not print.

You need to be running HP smart to find what is wrong and HP Smart is designed for modern OS which does not include windows 7.  My opinion, worth about $.02

The upgrade from 7 to 10 is still free and will not delete any of your documents.

The upgrade from 32bit to 64 bit is also free but requires a clean install so important docs should be saved first

You did not mention the Acer model.  If the CPU is only 32bit then cannot upgrade to 64.

You did not mention your printer model.  If it is really old possibly the Wi-Fi will not work in windows 10 due to security changes.  If it only uses  WEP and TKIP it will not function when you upgrade the Acer.

Support for win7 ended long ago.  Updated drivers are being released all the time for window 10.   Please upgrade.
