Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop will not connect to my wifi. When I open available networks it does not show in the list. All other devices in my house connect except my 2 HP devices (desktop & laptop) so it's not the internet service or router. I have tried all of the reset tricks on Google and nothing works. I am currently connected through the hotspot on my phone. I need to get my desktop to recognize my wifi so I can connect to it. Please help!!

What is your ? It may ONLY has wifi adapter which ONLY supports 2.4 GHz networks. Please allow your router to broadcast BOTH bands (2.4GHz nd 5.0GHz) to allow it to "see" 2.4GHz network to allow you to connect.
