Product: Wireless Mouse X3300
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)
See title. Product worked fine 10 minutes ago after a while of no use.
The system sees the mouse connected, the battery level etc. but the mouse cannot move the cursor.
If i leave it and re-connect, it works for a few seconds and then goes back to not working

@ldsstudentjts
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Have you tried using the mouse on a different computer?
- Have you updated the USB drivers?
- Have you tried with different USB ports on your computer?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
