My computer has stopped accessing the Internet. The network properties page says my WiFi is not present and the connectivity states is disconnected. The WiFi is a Realtek RTL8821CE. Please can you help?

HOW DO I USE DIAGNOSTICS?
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine if the computer hardware is functioning properly. The tool runs within the Windows operating system in order to diagnose hardware failures. HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows comes pre-installed on new HP computers, but if not on yours, download here:- http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp93001-93500/sp93457.exe

That model wifi adapter is plagued with issues like you reported, and Realtek is constantly releasing driver updates to try and correct the problems with their 8822 and 8821 AC wifi adapters.
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to update the wifi driver to the latest version they have released to HP, and restart the PC.
