HP Pavilion 31.5 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 32-b1000i (6J6L5AV)

When it gets good speed at the beginning but comes down to one-tenth of the speed say in half-hour. Installed QoS to ensure the speed. But still don't work. Please help.
