Hello,
What is the exact model of your computer (e.g. Y1P88EA)?
To find this product number P/N: this document.
In order to ensure that the Wireless Module is working properly, proceed as follows:
- When the computer starts up, immediately press the F2 key repeatedly.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests.
- Click Wireless Module, and then click Run once.
- If a component fails a test, write down the Failure ID (24-digit code) to transmit it to us in your next answer. This information is also available in the Test Logs section of the main menu.
In case of need, do not hesitate to solicit us.
Best regards, 🤠
