Product: HP Pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just factory reset my HP Pavilion, and it says that my WiFi is a hidden network. I've tried making a hotspot on my phone and it worked fine. I know the network isn't hidden, any fixes?

I see that you are not able to connect the computer to the network since it works with the hotspot it is not a computer issue. I'd recommend you contact your ISP for help.
