Product: HP 255 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently my laptop has not been able to connect to the internet, I have tried my university, house, and other wifi networks and an ethernet, they all connect and say it is connected, but when I go to use any app, chrome, spotify, powerpoint, or anything else thay requires a connection it says its not connected, I have no idea what to do as I cant find anyone with this issue before.

Its a 255 G7 notebook, i have had it for just under 2 years, i dont use it very frequently and have had no previous issues and still seems to run fine aaprt
