Product: HP All in One 24
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

New computer is on a wired connection to my 'old' printer, The computer is showing the Phaser 6020 printer as an 'Other Device' on the 'Bluetooth and Other devices ' page and not on the 'printers and scanners ' page.

I cannot get anything printed and cannot get the printer recognized. Help please

Here is the Software and Driver package for Win 10 for your printer: https://www.support.xerox.com/en-gb/product/phaser-6020/downloads?platform=win10x64&language=en_GB

 

You should download and install it.  This may solve your problem.
