Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having trouble in regards to internet connection I have used my pc for 8 years and I have been using cable network connection through the adaptor but since i have bought windows 10 recently my pc is not working, the screen is telling me activate your windows as it turned black. What should I do?

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues? 

Is it wired or wireless connection?
