Hey.. my laptop suddenly didn’t show any signs of wifi and bluetooth icons.. i tried all the ways to get it corrected but nothing works.. when i go to device manager and look for my network adapters all i can see is WAN miniports.. there is no wireless adapter or bluetooth adapter.. i tried to shut down, restart, reset the laptop multiple times and nothing works

please help me to resolve this problem

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).

- When was the last time it was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your PC recently?

Step 1: Download the Driver

  1. Download the latest Realtek driver package for your system.

Step 2: Extract the Driver

  1. Launch the downloaded driver package.
  1. Select the option "Extract the driver into a new folder".
  1. Choose a location to extract the files, such as "rtl_driver" in your Downloads folder.

Step 3: Install Wi-Fi Driver

  1. Open Device Manager on your Windows system.
  1. Locate and expand the "Network adapters" section.
  1. Right-click on the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter.
  1. Select "Update driver" from the context menu.
  1. Choose "Browse my computer for drivers".
  1. Click "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer".
  1. Select "Have disk".
  1. Browse to the extracted driver folder: %userprofile%\Downloads\rtl_driver\Production\Windows10-x64\0\Drivers\WLAN\
  1. Choose the file "netrtwlane.inf".
  1. Click "Next" to proceed with the installation.
  1. Follow any additional prompts to complete the installation process.

Step 4: Install Bluetooth Driver

  1. Repeat steps 1-6 in Device Manager for the Bluetooth adapter.
  1. In step 8, navigate to: %userprofile%\Downloads\rtl_driver\Production\Windows10-x64\0\Drivers\Bluetooth\
  1. Select the file "Rtkfilter-Windows10-x64.inf".
  1. Complete the installation process as before.
