My wired Internet on my PC randomly disconnects. I can pick up my iPhone and it works just fine using WiFi. What is wrong?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek ethernet adapter driver to the latest version on the Realtek website:
You want the 2nd one on the list under the Windows drivers section.
Win10/Win11 Auto Installation Program (NDIS)
Realtek PCIe 1G / 2.5G / 5G / 10G Ethernet Family Controller Software

You're very welcome.
If you also unchecked the box for the option to 'Turn off power saving' in the device manager for the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter, if you have not done so already, you may want to consider replacing the ethernet cable.
