Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am experiencing a serious issue with my network adapter, specifically the Intel(R) 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection. In Device Manager, it shows a Code 10: "This device cannot start" error. I have attempted the following steps without success:
1. Uninstalled and reinstalled the device and its drivers.
2. Tried different versions of the driver from both HP and Intel websites.
3. Checked BIOS settings to ensure the network adapter is enabled.
4. Ran wmic and devcon commands, but the adapter remains disabled.
5. Verified that the issue persists even after multiple restarts.
Despite these efforts, the network adapter does not start and remains non-functional. I would greatly appreciate it if you could guide me on how to resolve this issue, or let me know if the hardware may be faulty.
Here are some details about my system:
Network Adapter: Intel(R) 82579LM Gigabit Network Connection
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
Mohammad Ghavamedini
