Network Issues HP Envy

I've been having issues with my wireless internet connection. I had another forum that at least got me down to it actually being a known adapter issue. The product listed appears to be slightly different from whats on the label for my unit. The actual model number is TE01-2287cb. 

I'm currently using the Realtek RTL8822CE 802.11ac PCle Adapter with driver 2024.0.10.22 from 10/22/2021. My understanding is that this device has been pretty shotty and a different one should be used. On a different forum, I saw a recommendation for HP Part # L35282-005, however this was for a slightly different model number leaving me unsure if this would even be a compatible part for my specific model. 

Does anyone have any experience replacing this adapter? What did you use? Did you just settle for an external adapter or did you get one that went in and actually replaced this part? If you directly replaced the card on the motherboard, is anything special required (e.g., solder). Right now, wireless is my only option for network connection due to proximity to the router.
