HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-k0008na
Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Pavilion desktop used to connect to the internet perfectly and for some reason, it stopped connecting. It comes up with a “no internet, secured” error. I tried searching on the web to fix this issue, for example dns cache flushing and ip address configuration. Nothing works and other devices seem to connect fine with the internet. Im starting to think its the desktop’s issue with connectivity and im looking for a way to resolve this problem.

You download the driver from another PC, copy the file to a USB flash drive.

Plug the flash drive in your PC with no internet connection, copy the file from the USB flash drive to your Windows desktop, double click to run the installation file.

I see from the product specifications that your PC comes with a Realtek Wi-Fi adapter.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP has:

Version 2024.10.230.1
