Hi, I have a problem with my pc desktop
For some time, the network adapter disables itself

I reviewed your post and I understand that the network adapter is getting disabled automatically.

 

Don’t worry, we will work together to resolve this issue and It’s a pleasure to assist you in this regard.

 

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

 

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
  •  

Meanwhile, I recommend you to follow below steps and check.

 

1.      Open the Device Manager: ...

2.      Double-click Network adapters to expand the section.

3.      Right-click the Intel® Wireless Adapter and select Properties.

4.      Click Driver tab.

5.      Click Uninstall.

6.      Check Delete the driver software for this device and click OK.

 

NOTE: Restart the computer and the network card driver will be installed automatically and test the computer.

I understand you are once again having the issue with the network card gets disabled itself, don't worry as I have a few other steps which should help you resolve this issue.

 

I would suggest please update the BIOS on your PC and check if it helps.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.

 

Next thing, I would suggest here is to run the test on the Wireless card from F2 (Please capture the failure ID for further assistance).
