HP laptop having issues with connecting to the Internet. I have rebooted troubleshooter, have tried to reboot the adapter. Its is specifying that Realtek RTL8821CE802.11acPCle adapter is experiencing driver (or hardware) related problems.
I have no other device that I can download and install the latest update.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
- When was the last time it worked fine?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
- Expand the "Network Adapters" field. This will list all network adapters that the machine has installed.
- Right-click on the adapter you want to uninstall and select "Uninstall"
- Restart your computer and check for the network connection.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
