HP Pavilion All-in-One PC 27-ca1000a (4N430AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought a new HP Pavillion all-in-one.  I have set up a wired LAN so that my three computers, including this one, can connect.  My problem is that the new HP Pavillion cannot see any other computers on the LAN, including itself, when using File Explorer / Network.  I have another Windows 10 computer, call it PDS, that can see all three under File Explorer,  I have a third Windows 10 computer, call it SHS, that can see only one computers, the new Pavillion, but not itself.

All three computers have:

1. Correctly set-up shares that allow Everyone access.

2. Private Network

3. Network discovery is turned on for the Private network, off for Public.

4. "Nearby sharing" enabled.

When a computer is not shown under Network, I can access its shared files via a shortcut, e.g., \\PDS.  I open that shortcug, and there they are.

What I want to do is avoid the need for those shortcuts and see all three computers directly from any computer via the File Explorer / Network. Any ideas?
