New PC delivered -- USB transceiver for my keyboard and mouse is missing

I can't get any support in the UK today or even send an email to HP after doing my product registering. I thougth huge companies provided support 7 days a week, especially as I purchased  a 3 year  HP Care Pack ....

The USB transceiver for my keyboard and mouse is missing

And I can see it should be in the little gap in the mouse, it’s empty.

I had to use my old HP ones, which meant I couldn’t use my old HP PC at the same time for setting up, which is a huge inconvenience.

Any ideas hwo i can resolve this?  Thanks

On some HP AIO machines, the receiver is built in. It will connect to mouse and keyboard when you turn the keyboard on. Please try that first.

It sounds really obvious now that  you have mentioned it, especially as it's an All in One

Box said in the mouse where I'm used to it.
