Product: HP DeskJet 4158e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Somebody help !! 

 

Router: New Sagemcom Kinetic by Windstream internet 

Printer: HP Deskjet 4158e 

Issue: New router printer is offline. I’ve tried everything possible, reset factory settings on printer, reset modem, using usb and including HP live support who session disconnected and never returned or restored. Attempted on Iphone and computer through HP Smart app. When attempting to perform setup does not find my network list error Code _5 or “not able to setup at this time”. Nothing is working
