Help - I have a new wireless "box" from AT&T. It connected fine, but unable to connect to the internet. I know it works because I can use it on my phone.
reads:
Connections: Wireless Network Connection (yes)
Access type: No Internet access
What do I need to do?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
- Does your computer able to recognize the wireless network?
- Are you getting any error message such as connected no internet access?
