Product: HP ENVY Desktop PC TPE01-3000i (4M0M1AV)

Just purchased an HP Envy that was packaged with a keyboard and mouse.  Neither of these peripherals will connect to the HP Envy.

 

I have new batteries in both and tried numerous paring / connecting options and several different HP Assist help options to no avail.  Calling HP support went nowhere (no answers), i tried text messages as well, no HP support to be found. 😞

 

These seem to be very inexpensive peripherals, but they should at least work
