Hi Team, I bought the new HP wireless mouse on 1st Nov 2022 from AMAZON, and now it's not working properly. I wanted to contact support and I tried to provide the product number and serial number and it's not accepting it.
How can I claim the warranty and get the issue fixed?

Have you tried returning the item/get a refund from Amazon: Return Items You Ordered - Amazon Customer Service?
That's the path I would pursue first.
