My computer will not connect to the internet even though it is connected to the WiFi. When I try to navigate to a web page using Edge, it times out and the message says the connection was reset. When I run diagnostics, the system message returned says "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem".
I am at a loss. I jane paid the $14.99 monthly subscription for hp telephone support, but haven't gotten the confirmation email with details on how to use the service.
Help?!
