Hi, 

 

Recently had Sky Superfast internet installed with Sky Q, and when I came to connect my printer no matter what I did it wouldn't connect! 

 

I've tried connecting with a USB (and adapter, using a Surface Pro) and I'm still not getting any luck!

 

Does anyone have the patience to talk someone fairly simple through linking them up? I desperately need to print some documents! 😞

  1. I believe the Sky Superfast Router does support 2.4GHz option ? Please allow it to broadcast dual bands (5.0GHz and 2.4GHz) , your printer should see 2.4GHz network and allow you to connect
  2. Which USB adapter do you use? Printer does not like adapter, please use USB direct (it may not support USB 3.0 too)
