HP ENVY 700-230 Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had to change the motherboard in my envy 700-230. I bought a secondhand board and it ended up being an envy 700-214. I no longer have bluetooth and was wondering if the 700-214 has bluetooth capabilities?

Your old board may have used the 537921-001 Bluetooth SB module

Many of the Envy 200 system listed here

https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=envy%20200

used that board for bluetooth.  Pick any of he desktop systems listed in  the above url and look for "bluetooth"

A picture of it with the cable is here

https://www.ebay.com/itm/303813571821?_trkparms=ispr%3D1

I cannot be %100 sure unless I have the Product ID, not just the model.

If you have that board then the old bluetooth driver will work fine.

Hope this helps
