Microsoft Windows 11

First off, I am using an old PC because my new HP is not working   New unit:  All-in-one 27" running Win 11 Home.  I've had it about a month.

A week ago I lost wireless internet connectivity.  When I check Settings>Network & internet  the display says wifi is "Connected, secured".  But I am unable to connect with any website, getting responses like "This site can't be reached"    All off-line apps seem to be OK but I can't connect on-line.

Help, please

Hello @jgl7

I can only give you one more piece of advice.

If HP warranty is valid -> Contact HP Support

An HP technican should look at the problem, possibly the wireless card is defective or there is another technical error. In this case, nothing can be repaired with software installations.

Kind regards
