@Sha414, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP Computer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
This issue could be caused by several factors, including driver problems, startup settings, or network configuration issues. Try the following troubleshooting steps:
Run the Network Troubleshooter
- Click on Start > Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
- Scroll down and click Network troubleshooter.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and check if it detects and fixes any issues.
Update Network Drivers
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Network adapters and right-click on your Wi-Fi or Ethernet adapter.
- Select Update driver > Search automatically for drivers.
- If no updates are found, visit HP’s support website and download the latest drivers manually for your model.
Disable and Re-enable Network Adapter
- Press Win + X and choose Network Connections.
- Right-click on your active network adapter and select Disable.
- Wait for a few seconds and then Enable it again.
- Restart your PC and check if the issue persists.
Hope this helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
