The keyboard is an HP 230, which comes with a wireless mouse. The mouse works, but is not connected through bluetooth. The keyboard needs bluetooth. The PC has bluetooth through a dongle. The PC recognizes it but when I ask the device manager to pair, it won't because there is no way I can see to switch on the keyboard.

I see that you are facing an issue with connecting a wireless mouse and keyboard to your device.

Kindly refer to the steps on this video link to pair the keyboard and let me know if that resolves the issue.
