I am having issues with 3rd party apps. If I am on the app and need to pay for something or register for something I get a message saying that I am not connected to the internet.
I am connected and can go online with no problem. Can someone help me figure this out?

I understand you have trouble using a 3rd party app on the PC, Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
