Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've been running HP wi-fi  diagnostic  on my PC. Everything passes except for Wireless stress test. I can't find anything on this so and unsure what to do. Any help or advise appreciated.

Hi and thanks for response.

Yes I have my PC connected to wi-fi on our service. We are on a 50/20 plan. All over devices when doing a speed test achieve an average of 48/18 including laptop which is located in same position as PC a HP pavillion all in one. Its only achieving around 20-25 mbps, half other devices which is why I ran HP support test. Everything passed except wireless stress test which has led me here. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The card is working but unfortunately it is unable to take the full broadband speed

 

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for assistance with the wireless card

 


1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
