How do I get my replacement Wireless Keyboard & Mouse that I just received from HP to work on my All-In-One Desktop the same way that the original Wireless Keyboard & Mouse works. The original Keyboard & Mouse worked right out the box and still works without the use of a Dongle that would need to be inserted and would tie up a USB port. The reason the Wireless Keyboard was replaced is because the lettering on some the keys have been wearing off.

Hi @Dave1441,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To get a replacement keyboard, you will need additional support from our internal teams in HP. For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
