Pavilion Model 23 (all-in-one touch)

Hi everyone.

A friend of mine has purchased Pavilion Model 23 few years ago. It was used by her kids. Just recently, she checked on the computer and found out that the keyboard and mouse aren't connecting.

Batteries are new. My friend said that when they bought it everything was working well. There was no receiver that needs to be plugged in the computer. Just press the Connect button in blue and it connected to the computer flawlessly.

But now, it isn't connecting. The mouse has red light when turned on. The keyboard has no light indication though.

Can someone please help out on this?

Appreciate you all. Thank you.

Hi @Gracie07,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

If the keyboard not working with the battery on, then this needs a one-on-one interaction with internal HP support.
