HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-1000i (8BG41AV)

My pc connects successfully to the router wired or wirelessly\ phone access point  but will not connect to the internet.

 

When I run ipconfig in CMD. I get nothing.

I have restarted the adapter. 

 

I have ran full diagnostics via bios. 

 

Everything seems to be ok. 

 

But I still can't connect to the internet
