Sorry, but you may get non-experts who are volunteering their time & talent to try to become experts.

Have you done a Google-search for "HP beep codes"?

One such search-result is:  HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - BIOS Beep Codes | HP® Customer Support

But, the most-common types of failures that produce your computer's symptoms are:

  1. failing power-supply
  2. failing motherboard
  3. failing processor

Do you have the technical skills to partially disassemble your computer, remove the current power-supply, and then locate/purchase/install a compatible replacement?  The cost will be under $100.

A failing motherboard may cost $500 to $1000 to find a replacement, if HP''s warehouse has one available for purchase.  Check:  http://PartSurfer.HP.com

A failing processor requires a complete disassembly of your computer, and may cost $200 to $300 to purchase a compatible replacement.

Or, take your computer to a qualified computer technician, for professional trouble-shooting & repair.
