Hello

I bought a new HP Pavilion All-in-One PC, and when plugged the cable of Network it looks like unplugged, the card Ethernet it didn't work, I tried some solution like install and update the Ethernet driver, reset network setting, but unfortunately the same issue, although the cable is good, when i use it in other laptop it work, the wireless network work very good, only the wired connection has this problem.

Hello,

My problem is resolve, after i updated the drive of Ethernet card from the official website HP, but after update  the cable of network got damage and i didn't observe that, after time i changed the cable and the Ethernet card works now.
