@TobinFrost -- your computer may have a "combo" adapter, that supports both WiFi and Bluetooth communication protocols.  Has that adapter "failed" ?

If the computer is only a few weeks old, take it back to where you purchased it, and exchange it.

If the computer is less than 12 months old, contact HP Support, and exercise the HP Warranty, to get it repaired/replaced, at HP's expense.

If the computer is "older", it probably is possible for a computer technician to remove the failed adapter, and replace it.

Or, if it is older, purchase a USB-to-WiFi/Bluetooth adapter, and connect it to a USB socket on your computer. Probably under $50 -- less than you would be paying to a computer technician.
