Good morning. I am unable to connect at all to the internet on my HP Pavillion desktop. The product number is V8N84AAR#ABA. I have tried the troubleshooting via the HP Network connection and i get the message" IP not bound.
Windows did not automatically bind the IP protocol stack to the network adapter."I think this is an issue with the wireless card because all other laptops (3), Kindles, smartphones are having no issues in connecting to the internet. When I turn the computer on a limited connection appears and after entering the network password it still will not connect.
Can anyone recommend other wireless network adapters that are compatible with this desktop? I am having a hard time finding replacements online. I appreciate any replies. Thank you

2. Right click on the command prompt icon and chose Run as administrator.
3. In the window that opens type "netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt" without quotes, and press enter.
