Recently installed Windows 10 on a new SSD and I am unable to connect to any WiFi signals. I am connected to the WiFi with my phone and the WiFi signal does not appear on my PC.

If you did a fresh install of Windows 10 on the SSD and did not download the drivers for the adapter, then it will not work properly. Windows does not always get all of the drivers correctly. Look in Device Manager to see what drivers are missing.
Post the complete model number for the PC and I will show you where to find the HP drivers for that model.

Assuming Ethernet is working, what device does it showing for the WiFi adapter? Looking in Device Manager again, what does it show for the WiFi adapter, listed under Network adapters?
It would also be helpful if you posted the model number of the PC, as there are many models in the "Pavilion Power Gaming Desktop " line.
