Good afternoon.
I have an HP Pavilion Wave Desktop 600-a0xx and for a while now the wireless keyboard and mouse don't work well.
I opened its case, extracted the USB dongle and connected it to another PC and both the keyboard and mouse started working normally, which is why I noticed that the problem is not with the USB dongle.
Has anyone had the same problem?
I would be very grateful for any information that could help me solve the problem.
Thanks in advance.
