Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ralink RT 5390 wire less is no longer showen on my HP20 all in one desk top tried troubleshooting is not listed on device manager,do I have to replace wireless adaptor?

Hi:

 

Yes, that happens all the time with the Ralink wifi cards and the last couple of W10 releases.

 

The easiest thing to do would be to purchase an external USB dual band wifi adapter.
