Hi,
I have been trying to solve a random computer lockup problem for over a year. My desktop is set to never sleep but every few weeks , sometimes months, it spontaneously locks up. The screen is blank and I must do a forced reboot. I cannot access it through any remote programs either. It always seems to occur when the machine is idle over the weekend after I have left my office.
Oddly, the other computers on my Lan lose connection to the router as well. Once my desktop is rebooted, all machines can connect again. I tried reinstalling my network card drivers and all Win10 updates are installed on a regular basis. Not sure if it's a driver or something else.
Thanks,
Steve
