I have an HP desktop model  mo-1 f0134. windows 10. bought it a month ago. When I run the internet options, it used to show it running and deleting, but for some reason it stopped showing it and I don't know if it is deleting what I want or not.  Any help??  I probably hit a wrong button somewhere.  77 yo man.  LOL

If you're still working this problem, then reply to this thread and I will see if I can provide any help.
