Product: HP Pavilion 690
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently received notification of available update for Realtek LAN Driver.  But the computer remains at "installing" state for more than 20 min. until the system says it was not able to install.  Please advise.

  • What is the product number of your computer?
  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Are you installing the driver from the HP support assistant?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
