@Sketchy12, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It sounds like you're facing an issue with your HP Pavilion All-in-One desktop connecting to Wi-Fi after switching to a new internet provider. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue.

Restart Devices:

Restart your PC and unplug your router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

Update Drivers:

Right-click on Start > Device Manager > Network adapters > Right-click your Wi-Fi adapter > Update driver.

Forget and Reconnect:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi > Manage known networks > Click your Wi-Fi network > Forget.

Reconnect by selecting your network again and entering the password.

Run Troubleshooter:

Right-click the Wi-Fi icon in the taskbar > Troubleshoot problems.

Release/Renew IP Address:

Open Command Prompt (Admin).

Type:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew

Check Router Settings:

Make sure your router uses WPA2 or WPA3 encryption and your PC connects to the correct Wi-Fi frequency (2.4 GHz if 5 GHz is causing issues).

Reset TCP/IP:

Open Command Prompt (Admin) and type: netsh int ip reset

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
