Can I replace my network adapter which is no longer working? I have a Wireless-N LAN card with an Intel Gigabit connection. First, I had it hard wired to the modem, but when that quit working, I switched to the wireless, which worked for a few days and now it is totally inoperative. I just need to hard wire to the modem, don't really need the wireless. Thanks.

RV6flyer, welcome to the forum.

You have two choices: 1) USB adapter or 2) PCI Express x1.  The motherboard has one PCIe x1 slot if it is not populated.

Here are some examples at Amazon.

Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

0ld_geekster, thanks so much! Yes, I have one PCIe slot unused so I ordered one of your suggestions from Amazon, it's on the way. Thanks! I'm assuming I disable the network adapters in device manager, install the new PCIe adapter and load drivers, good to go!

You are very welcome.

I believe that the network adapter will be automatically disabled when you install the new adapter.

Good luck!
